My Pumpkin Project

I found this pumpkin on Pinterest and just had to make it. . .
I know it doesn't look exactly the same, but I LOVE IT!

My Knight In Shining Armor

Beckham is super excited about his new Dollar Tree knight costume! He is going to be Saint George in the All Saints Day parade at school.

I Made A Poop!

Look who's pooping on the potty! Well, at least this once. Despite the gummy worm incentive, we haven't been able to talk him into it again. I'm just so proud that he took the step and did it just this once :)

What We Do For Fun. . .

I love those perfect afternoons where my boys actually get along and play together. When they do, this is what happens. . .
I was trying to sneak a picture of them playing nice in the sandbox through the window. Clearly Brooks noticed :)
Once they realized I had the camera out. . .
Beckham wanted to take a picture. . .
 And another. . .
 And another!
Then Brooks wanted a picture of his chalk. Yes, when my boys aren't coloring the patio, the fence, or their slide with chalk, they are coloring their faces.

Then comes the battle of "Mommy, look at me!"

And then I got tackled by my "baby" so I could take pictures of only him. My boys!

Mommy and Me Time: Kennesaw Mtn.

Brooks and I spent such a wonderful morning on Kennesaw Mtn last week. We took a couple hours hiking to the top and back down and had some fun along the way. . .

A broken beaded necklace became a leash for an imaginary dog :)

The cannon at the top~

The view near the top. It was super foggy out, so we couldn't see much. Usually you can see Stone Mtn (the other side of Atlanta) from here.

And we paused on the way down for some pictures (and to "throw rocks at the train" even though the train was miles away and we could only hear the whistle).

I love my Brooksy :)

Beanbags. . . Finally!

Santa brought the boys beanbag chairs for Christmas not one, but two years ago. I had all the materials and every intention of covering them before they laid eyes on the beautiful Lightning McQueen and Toy Story covers, but it just didn't happen.

I got an itch last week and finally did it! Here's to having something on my to-do list for 2 years and finally completing it!!!

Dressed to the Nines

Getting dressed for dinner is overrated!

Halloween-Egg Hunt

This is what we do while Daddy watches football. . .

Halloween Egg Hunt!

The boys had so much fun! They hunted for the eggs twice, then took turns hiding them for each other :)

Pardon the undies. . . We're potty training!
