The Happy Grad

Graduation took a few minutes to get started, so Brooks turned to the iphone. . .

  He did such a great job saying his Our Father and his Hail Mary. I totally should have recorded them, but I didn't pull the camera out until the music began :(

 

We made it halfway through the second song. . .

 

 okay, I've had enough of this singing stuff!

 I got a really great video of Lilah smacking B in the face with pom-poms during another song, but I think it was too long to download :( It was priceless!

 

And on to the reason we were there in the first place.

Grammy was so excited to attend the graduation. Then we went to lunch and the mall for more fun (read the next entry).

School's Out For The Summer!

 End of school parties. . .

 Brooks figured out that everything is delicious when dipped in caramel!

Brooks finished his first year of preshool with some awesome pics with his buddies, Miss 'Aweesha', and Miss 'Mawissa'.

 

 Then on to Beckham's party. . .

 All the kids in B's class got chairs with their names on them.

 Brooks and Ian took a break for some fishing.

 All the boys stuffed their mouths with pizza so they could get on with the show.

Last Soccer Game of the Season ~May (finally)

 So not every game was a success, but that's okay. Beckham had a great time playing soccer this spring and can't wait to play again next fall.

 After his last game they all lined up and received their medals.

Other Spring Greatness ~April

 So my Grandma Cook was notorious for her green thumb, and I'm constantly getting comments from the fam about getting this from her. I am very happy to announce that I brought home a little piece of Heaven this spring. . .

 

Raspberries! Grandma's took over half of her backyard, but my planter will have to suffice. Now grow, berries, grow!

 Also new to the Parkers this spring is Swim Lessons! The first one could have gone a little smoother as far as Beckham is concerned, but they have gotten exponentially better every week.

 Brooks has figured out how to play the DS, and now he and Beckham cheer each other on. So cute!

 Beckham also got to play hooky one morning to attend Kindergarten Orientation. He is one super excited little fella!

Spring Fling 2013 ~April

 Hooray! The most favoritest day of the year!

 These boys were so excited about Spring Fling that they woke up super early to "charge up their batteries".

 The morning started out chilly, but it warmed up fast.

It was probably pretty comical watching me run from one end of the parking lot to the other trying to get pics of these boys. Of course they were on opposite ends at all times :)
