Bowling 101

Not our best family outing to date, but I got some cute pics out of it. . .

Happy Father's Day

We spent Father's Day in Snellville celebrating not just Scott and Tim's paternity, but  Tim's birthday as well. (sorry no pics, the camera got left at home) The boys had a blast swimming all afternoon, then we packed up and headed home earlier than usual since Scott had a hockey game.

It didn't take much convincing by the boys to let them see their daddy play on Father's Day. They were so cute and pretty well behaved. They actually sat on the bench a little! And I can say this for them. . . no fire alarms were pulled :)

Happy Father's Day, Scottie!

Zombie Eyes

Boogie Boys

I brought the boys t-shirts and boogie boards from the beach. The boards didn't leave their sides all day long! They can't wait to take them to the ocean to ride the waves :)

Yellow River Game Ranch

While I was out of town, Scott took the boys to the Yellow River Game Ranch in Snellville. Beckham has been begging to go!
They took some carrots to feed all the animals.
The rooster and Beckham have matching hair-dos!
Chickens! (I got to hear all about these chickens on the phone.)
Uncle Brandon was a good sport to tag along.
Yes. Yes he did. And this picture is the reason I got asked, "Mommy, do you know anything about long wangers?"

Peacocks!
And its not a trip to a game ranch without a pony ride :)

St. Augustine Bound

My cousin Stewart and his beautiful bride Jamie got married in St. Augustine a couple weeks ago. My sister and mother and I made a girls' weekend of it. We rode down in Mom's convertible (until it started raining) and shacked up at the Casa Monica. We came down on Friday. . .

threw on our robes and went to the pool.
After a little relaxation under our cabana, we got dolled up and went in search of food. We finally decided on Columbia, a new Spanish restaurant. It was average to good. After dinner, we went back to the room and completed the girly bonding time with a chick flick. We DO NOT recommend seeing 'The Vow'. What a Debby-Downer!
Saturday morning Ben and Lisa flew in.
While Ben and Lisa went in search of food, we finished our lunch at O.C. White's (delicious) and strolled the streets of St. Augustine. We ended up touring an old boarding house that has been converted into a museum of the home. Really cool, actually!
Sunday was a day of rest. . . literally :) I spent the whole day by the pool soaking up what little bit of sun decided to join us for the weekend.
And of course there were vows to be said.
And 3 handsome cousins lined up.
Stewart, Stephen, and Doug
 The reception started with photos,

 photo bombs,
 serious photography,
 and some cousin love.
Jamie and Stewart were blessed not only by the rain holding out, but the beautiful double rainbow that stretched right over the wedding hall.

Mommy and me
 me and my Uncle Pete
  me and the newly weds
Aunt Kathie and her baby
Monday we packed up the car, drove to the beach to say hi and bye, then jumped in the car Georgia bound.
I spent an absolutely lovely weekend with not only my mom and sister, but my brother, Lisa, Aunt Kathie, Uncle Pete, my cousins Doug, Stephen, and Stewart, and of course his bride Jamie.

Thank you, Scottie-Angel for being such a great husband and father. I appreciated the time away and I know the boys had a blast with all the adventures you had planned.

Best Buds

Beckham was so excited to go visit a couple of his classmates yesterday. He has missed Warren and Bennett so much. He includes them every night in his prayers and when any other munchkins are referred to as his friends he quickly replies that "Bennett and Warren are my friends!"

They had so much fun swimming, playing, and eating popsicles together. Can't wait to do it again sometime soon!

Bath Time Fun. . .

Because My Men Are So Cute!

Amanda's Golden Birthday

Memorial Day was spent at Grandma and Pap-pap's celebrating Aunt Amanda's 28th birthday. Of course there was swimming. . .

(note to Sean: the videos wouldn't upload because they were too long, but thank you for filming)

And Mom went out of her way to make Amanda feel special. She had gold plates, napkins, candy, table cloth, presents, punch, etc. Pretty cool! For all of you noobs who didn't know, a golden birthday is that celebrated the year you turn the day of the month you were born~ Amanda turned 28 on May 28th.
Wow! Where'd you get that AWESOME headband, Amanda?
After a delicious dinner of wings and hoagies, Amanda (and two little helpers) blew out the candles and enjoyed some sponge cake.

Happy Birthday Amanda!!
