5 months

Brooks turned five months last Thursday! I can't believe he is already that old ;( He is such a busy little guy and is meeting another milestone every time we look at him. As you know, he is eating "real" food now. He loves him some sweet potatoes, carrots, sweet peas, bananas, and peaches. He is hilarious to feed because he yells at you between bites.

He is teething like crazy these days. The first two bottom teeth are right below the surface. He's drooling on, chewing on, and sucking on EVERYTHING!

Now, this is a first for us since Beckham was always too pudgy to reach them. Brooks LOVES his legs and feet. He plays with them all day, just smiling and wiggling his toes. He cracks up when I stick his toes in his mouth or tap his face with them.

And talk about a mover and a shaker! This munchkin can spend an hour in his Johnny Jumper just bouncing away. He also loves to lay on his blanket on the floor and scoot to his toys. He has discovered his hands and how they can reach for things. His playmat has a whole new purpose for him now since he can play with the toys hanging from it!

But this months biggest accomplishment. . . rolling over from his belly to his back! Hooray!!! Except for the part about him rolling over in the middle of the night, getting cold, and waking up- that part is not so cool.
