Katie and I took Harrison, Millie Kate, Beckham, and Brooks to Southern Prep today. We took Harrison and Beckham a few times when they were small, but haven't been back since. They have moved locations since our last visit and grown significantly. Needless to say, the kids were just excited to be out of the house! (click here for more information about Southern Prep) I showed Beckham some pictures of he and Harrison in the sponge pit from 2 years ago, and he rightfully started calling it "the block store". All he could talk about last night and this morning was going to "the block store" with Harrison- SUPER excited!
Beckham's skills have improved light years over the past year+, so he was able to do and enjoy so much more! He could actually JUMP on the trampoline (and keep his balance).
They had a special area for the wee little ones. Brooks took advantage of a moment to check out some baby girl hiney :)
But he bored quickly of the "baby" area and wanted to try tackling the big kid obstacles.
I had a proud mommy moment when Beckham got on the balance beam and was able to walk most of the way without holding on to me!
Beckham probably went up this steep ladder and down this giant slide at least 10 times. Champ!
Brooks thought he was just such a big boy climbing on everything. We'll have a walker on our hands before long.
And he finally warmed up to the sponge pit right before we left.
