Monsters in the Making

My baby Brooks is no longer baby-ish. He is monster-ish. He comes up with some of the funniest things to say and do (which more often than not fall on the naughty list). Some of his favorite things to say right now are "awe, man!", "stop it, Beckham", and "mommy/daddy, where are you?". His newest saying is "what you doin'?". He loves to make his sippy cup squirt (especially when we're in the car- resulting in soaking wet clothes). He loves to "pee on da potty" (which usually means bringing the training potty into the living room and filling it with toys). And when all else fails, out pops the pouty lip. That boy can pout!

And big brother Beckham is just as silly. He is super excited about playing soccer this spring, but until then, occupies his time by harassing his brother. He loves to mimick all of the funny little things Brooks says. And one of his favorite parts of the day is waking the sleeping baby- hooray! Whether it be first thing in the morning or just after nap time, Beckham makes sure that his is the first face Brooks sees...
